Well, now is your chance to enjoy one of the shirts, too! It’s giveaway time. 🙂 I love these shirts – not only are they really soft and comfortable, but I think it’s impossible to have #getafterit on your back and not give your workout your all. I remember first seeing the shirts at the Healthy Living Summit when all the Reebok Crossfit coaches were rocking them. So awesome! IMG_0172 I’m a big fan of motivational fitness mantras and “Get After It” is one of my new favorites. Another favorite? “You never regret a workout… unless you skip it.” I also love this one. 🙂 Reebok sent me 5 of the women’s #getafterit shirts to give away to you guys. They run true to size (and are women’s fit so they are more snug than a normal t-shirt) and I have 2 Larges and 3 Mediums to give away. On the front of the shirt is @Reebok. IMG_6812 Want to win one? Simply comment on this post with your favorite motivational fitness mantra. What gets you through those hard workouts? Please be sure to include what size shirt you want if you win, too! You can earn an additional entry by tweeting this: “ I want to win a #getafterit shirt from @fANNEtasticfood and @Reebok ! http://bit.ly/XCjtVl ” Be sure to come back and add an additional comment letting me know you tweeted. U.S. residents only, please. I’ll select the 5 winners on Monday night! Good luck! I can’t wait to read some of your favorite mantras – I’ll run through them in my head tomorrow morning during the Army Ten Miler!

HI! Your wedding was gorgeous. We had a a fall wedding as well (just a little over a year ago) and the weather was perfect. Congratulations! Can't wait to see more pics. My favorite quotes usually have to do with running. I just found this one: "I don't run because I love the feeling of running. I run because it makes me love the feeling of living." So good! Thanks for the giveaway!

What I tell myself is "I CAN DO HARD THINGS!" I find this very empowering if I repeat it to myself I really love the slow quote above because even though I'm not overweight I'm a very slow runner. I still do it, but it's not really my body's natural thing. People much larger than me run much faster than me but I just do what I can! P.S. My hubby and I love your 5-minute oatmeal bars. I run in memory of my dad who died from leukemia when he was only 45 years old. Every time I need motivation as I am running/walking and feeling like giving up, I think about my dad and how he got up and went to work sick and tired and struggling to breathe. He did this without complaint. What I do - or attempt to do - by running/walking and training is nothing compared to what he did! I recently lost 132 pounds and completed my first half marathon so I also remind myself that the fact that I am physically able to even contemplate training for races is a victory and I need to run on!!

At the gym I just think just finish this rep, then this set and keep going...babysteps and it's done before ya know it! Running it's more of a "put a heart racing, smile on my face" song and just let go of everything else! Medium!

That song and the chorus to Jay-Z's "On to the Next One" have gotten me through quite a few reps. :) If I win, I could wear either a med or a large, so I'll take whatever's available!
