Morning, friends!
Last night was my favorite — the Tuesday night Lululemon Georgetown run club!
We did one of our standard loops — a 4.2 ish mile run down along the water, across the river to VA, up the other side, and back to Georgetown. It was pretty hot out but we had fun chatting — definitely one of those nights where if I’d been running alone, I probably would have been walking. Ah, the benefits of running with other people — wherein your ego keeps your legs going. 🙂
We ended our run at the beautiful Georgetown campus.
This was our fearless leader Stacy’s last week working for Lululemon (though she hopes to join for the run club occasionally still — and don’t worry, there are still people to lead the group!), so we had a mini-boot camp after the run in her honor. She went to Georgetown, so it was her boot camp location of choice! Such a gorgeous campus — it was fun to be up there.
Chris from Crossfit Dupont led us in a 4 minute workout named “Stacy.” For 4 minutes, we repeated the following:

- 10 bench step ups (5 step ups on each leg)
- Broad jumps until reaching the sidewalk
- 10 push ups
- Waking lunges back to the benches and repeat!
